matters, teammates who challenge and inspire you, and plenty of fun along the way.\nWhat you will do\nOwn and evolve the company's data foundation and metrics infrastructure, so every function works from the same numbers and leadership gets reliable KPI visibility.\n\nBuild and implement AI-driven workflows across the company, from identifying the right use cases to rolling them out and measuring adoption.\n\nDesign, document, and improve cross-departmental processes such as marketplace deals, RFI and vendor assessments, and contract workflows, working with Sales, Finance, Legal, GRC, and Alliances.\n\nSupport commercial and partner operations, including the process and tooling behind customer and partner agreements, cloud marketplace private offers, and partnership programs.\n\nLead strategic cross-functional projects that don't have a clear functional home, driving alignment, removing bottlenecks, and seeing them through to execution.\n\nSupport company planning cycles (quarterly planning, goal setting, board reporting) with data, analysis, and clear tracking of progress against goals.\n\nPartner with Product Ops, R&D Ops, and GTM Ops to keep metrics, definitions, and processes consistent across the company.\n\nAnalyze business performance, pipeline, and operational data to surface trends, gaps, and decisions leadership needs to make.\n\nWork with stakeholders at every level to gather input, align priorities, and keep improving how we operate.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, sales, or revenue operations, or a related role.\n\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.\n\nExperience defining, tracking, and driving KPIs across multiple business functions.\n\nHands-on experience with AI tools and automation, or a strong drive to build internal AI-driven workflows.\n\nExperience designing and rolling out cross-functional processes in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExperience working with commercial or legal documents, such as customer agreements, order forms, or partner contracts.\n\nSolid understanding of how SaaS companies operate across product and go-to-market.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to create clear reports and presentations.\n\nStrong organizational and project management skills, with high attention to detail.\n\nHigh ownership, a proactive mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguity.\n\nNice to have\nExperience in cybersecurity or a related technical field.\n\nSalesforce administration, or experience with BI and data tooling.\n\nExperience with cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) or partner and alliance
