We’re one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry, scaling to meet demand from the world’s most advanced, security-obsessed organizations.\nWe’re serious about our mission- so expect work that matters, teammates who challenge and inspire you, and plenty of fun along the way!\nWhat you will do\nOwn the prod-us-only environment end-to-end: infrastructure deployment, maintenance, scaling, and reliability\n\nLead and grow the US-based DevOps as the site expands\n\nDesign, implement, and manage scalable, highly available AWS infrastructure\n\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines that let developers ship safely and quickly\n\nPartner with engineering on investigations into application errors\n\nOperate and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure availability and performance; lead production incident response\n\nCoordinate with the Tel Aviv DevOps team on shared platform decisions and standards\n\nRequirements:\nMust be located in the US, with a strong preference for the New York area; US remote considered- Eastern Time Zone required\n\nPrior experience leading or mentoring a small team\n\nU.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status required due to access restrictions for a U.S.-only environment.\n\n5+ years of DevOps / SRE / platform engineering experience\n\nStrong development background in Go, Python, or similar; comfortable reading and contributing to application code\n\nDeep AWS experience across compute, networking, IAM, and data services\n\nStrong Kubernetes and Docker experience in production\n\nInfrastructure as Code with Terraform / Terragrunt\n\nCI/CD pipeline design with GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins, or similar\n\nHands-on with Datadog or equivalent\n\nExperience with disaster recovery and high-availability architectures\n\nExcellent troubleshooting skills across the full stack\n\nNice to have:\nExperience working across distributed teams and time zones\n\nRelevant certifications\n\nAt Zafran, people matter!
