What matters most is founder mindset + strong infra chops.\nHands-on with Kubernetes + Terraform (real-world deployments, not just exposure).\nExperience with distributed systems (Ray, Dask, Spark, or similar).\nExposure to Kafka or equivalent MQ systems.\nStrong programming/scripting in Python, Go, or similar.\nTrack record of building or operating production-grade infra.\nNice to Haves\nGPU scheduling/optimization experience.\nPrior startup/early-stage build-from-scratch experience.\nExperience supporting ML/AI workloads in production.\nFounder Traits\nExcited to own infra end-to-end as the first dedicated hire.\nComfort with ambiguity;
