About the Role
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Governance, Risk, and ComplianceDepartment for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the Compliance Universe and Risk Register through regular follow-up with relevant stakeholders and support the gathering and organizing of compliance-related data.
Produce the monthly required reports and dashboards to monitor the status of open items and help maintain compliance trackers and digital tools as needed.
Conduct basic research on regulatory topics and internal policies to support compliance initiatives.
Perform basic compliance-related tasks with supervision and gradually take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
What We Need From You
A Bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Soft Skills:
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to coordinate and follow up with multiple stakeholders across different business units.
Organized, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong Analytical Skills.
Technical Skills:
Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), knowledge of automation tools.
Basic research skills.
Ability to organize and consolidate data into clear reports.
Willingness to learn and grow within the compliance function.
