the Role\nWe are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Governance, Risk, and ComplianceDepartment for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.\nJob Tasks and Responsibilities:\nMaintain and update the Compliance Universe and Risk Register through regular follow-up with relevant stakeholders and support the gathering and organizing of compliance-related data.\n\nProduce the monthly required reports and dashboards to monitor the status of open items and help maintain compliance trackers and digital tools as needed.\n\nConduct basic research on regulatory topics and internal policies to support compliance initiatives.\n\nPerform basic compliance-related tasks with supervision and gradually take ownership of assigned responsibilities.\n\nWhat We Need From You\nA Bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.\nSoft Skills:\nAttention to detail and accuracy.\n\nGood communication skills in both Arabic and English.\n\nAbility to coordinate and follow up with multiple stakeholders across different business units.\n\nOrganized, with the ability to meet deadlines.\n\nStrong Analytical Skills.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nGood command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), knowledge of automation tools.\n\nBasic research skills.\n\nAbility to organize and consolidate data into clear reports.\n\nWillingness to learn and grow within the compliance
