The role also includes the Implementation and administration of security controls, tools, and processes to protect Zain Bahrain platforms in addition to supporting compliance activities, security assessments, and continuous improvement of the organization’s cybersecurity posture.\nWhat We Need From You\nAdminister and improve existing cybersecurity solutions such as XDR, SIEM, Email Security, VA platforms, awareness training platforms, DLP, Threat Intelligence ..etc.\n\nInvestigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents.\n\nProvide awareness training and technical support for users with varying levels of cybersecurity knowledge and competence.\n\nIdentify vulnerabilities and track them with the relevant owners.\n\nOnboard and introduce new security solutions.\n\nParticipate in procurement, installation, testing and implementation of cybersecurity related security projects.\n\nBuilding and maintaining Zain Bahrain cybersecurity policies and MSB’s.\n\nSupport compliance and audit activities and various security assessments.\n\nFormulate internal security and risk assessments plans and processes.\n\nDevelop operations work plan to support all operations activities.\n\nPerform any other related duties as assigned or needed\n\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or any relevant field.\n\n1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar area preferably in the Telecom field.\n\nSkills & Knowledge\nGood knowledge of network and endpoint security, firewalls, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and access controls.\n\nUnderstanding of vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response, and threat analysis.\n\nFamiliarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.\n\nBasic knowledge of cloud security, Active Directory/Entra ID, Windows and Linux security.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to analyze security alerts, identify risks, and coordinate remediation with IT and other teams.\n\nFamiliarity in policy formulation
