The Finance Manager provides financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, maintains robust financial governance and controls, and oversees the company's financial performance, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements.\nKey Tasks/Accountabilities\nLead and oversee all finance and accounting activities to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely financial operations.\n\nDirect the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.\n\nManage period-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirements. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and organizational priorities.\n\nMonitor financial performance against approved budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to enhance financial and operational outcomes.\n\nProvide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior management to facilitate informed business decisions.\n\nEnsure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, IFRS standards, and internal policies.\n\nCoordinate external and internal audits, regulatory examinations, and financial reviews, ensuring timely resolution of findings.\n\nMaintain effective relationships with auditors, banking partners, consultants, and other external financial stakeholders.\n\nReview and authorize journal entries, account reconciliations, payments, and other financial transactions.\n\nOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and working capital management activities.\n\nLead and monitor cash flow, liquidity and working capital performance to ensure adequate funding for operational and strategic requirements.\n\nManage banking relationships, optimize cash utilization, and oversee financing and funding activities to maintain financial stability and support business growth.\n\nLead negotiations for trust account interest rates, credit lines for micro-lending liquidity, and settlement turn-around times with partner banks.\n\nEstablish, maintain, and enhance financial controls, policies, procedures, governance frameworks and systems.\n\nEvaluate financial performance, identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve operational efficiency and profitability.\n\nPrepare management reports, financial dashboards, and KPI analyses to support performance monitoring and decision-making.\n\nEnsure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of financial data across finance systems and reporting platforms.\n\nSupport the evaluation of business opportunities, strategic partnerships, investment initiatives, and expansion plans through financial analysis and business case assessments.\n\nConduct performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and support employee development and capability-building initiatives.\n\nLead, coach, and develop the operations team, ensuring high performance, technical competencies, and adherence to operational standards.\n\nEnsure compliance with all applicable policies & regulatory requirements in information security.\n\nQualifications/Experience/Skills\nQualifications/Experience: -\nB.Sc. in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Financial Studies or any related field.\n\nProfessional certification in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or CA is preferred.\n\nAdditional certifications in Financial Modeling, Treasury Management, FinTech, are considered an advantage.\n\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in finance and financial management roles, preferably.\n\nSkills: -\nHighly developed consultancy skills.\n\nPresentation skills.\n\nPlanning and organizing skills.\n\nCoaching skills.\n\nAble to persuade and influence senior manager and employee levels.\n\nLeadership and management skills.\n\nHighly developed communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.\n\nHighly developed skills in use of relevant IT packages including Excel.
