This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas.\nWhat We Need From You\nSet Cyber Security unit performance objectives.\n\nContinuously monitor progress and development towards organizational and Unit strategic objectives and communicate periodic performance reports to provide evaluation results and recommend improvements.\n\nDevelop and implement Cyber Security unit policies and procedures in order to ensure the fulfilment of organizational requirements whilst delivering high-quality services.\n\nCarry-out the day-to-day operations of the Cyber Security Unit, provide expertise, encourage teamwork and align work processes to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and engage employee in a motivated work environment.\n\nEnsure the quality of services is performed in a way that meets according to the established KPI's.\n\nEnsure the services' availability and reliability, which align with SLA and QoS.\n\nManage and improve an integrated cyber security solution that helps to protect the core infrastructure, the network, and the applications that run within the network.\n\nCoach new/existing team members the needed technical and soft skills to perform the job effectively.\n\nProvide training and technical support for users with varying levels of cyber security knowledge and competence.\n\nManage the procurement, installation, testing and developing IT and security projects.\n\nEstablish and manage the enterprise IT security policy.\n\nEvaluate infrastructure and security proposals and recommend the required solutions that meet the security requirements.\n\nIdentify customer’s requirements correctly, exceed customer expectations and act proactively for ensuring customer satisfaction.\n\nPerform any other related duties as assigned or needed.\n\nSkills and Knowledge\nPossess strong communication skills.\n\nService Delivery Management\n\nVendor Management\n\nCyber security\n\nApplication Management.\n\nCustomer Support.\n\nIT Architecture.\n\nQualifications and Education\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, IT, Cyber Security, communication engineering, or any related field.\n\n8 to 10 years experience in the same area in the Telecom field.\n\nPossess solid and security technical experience.\n\nInclusivity statement\nWe are committed to ensuring our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible to all.
