This role ensures seamless integration between procurement, logistics, and contract management to deliver compliant, cost effective solutions that meet departmental demands in real-time.\nWhat We Need From You\nLead efforts to competitively procure all goods and services for the company.\nMaintaining an understanding of marketplace trends and pricing, market forces, cost trends, and supplier technology roadmaps.\nEnsure standardization in all procurement activities in accordance with the company’s Sourcing and Procurement Policies.\nResponsible for turnkey procurement cycle from supplier’s offers comparison, negotiation, to placing purchase orders\nResponsible for coordinating with requestor departments to ensure documentation provided in accordance with Procurement Sourcing Policies and Process.\nEnsure Purchase Orders are processed in accordance with agreed KPIs\nEnsure requestor departments are made aware of progress and delivery times\nMaintain records of all procurement cycle documentation\nMaintain up-to-date supplier database\nDraft, evaluate, and negotiate contract terms and conditions to minimize risk and maximize value.\nEnsure standardization in all procurement and contracting activities in accordance with the company’s Sourcing and Procurement Policies.\nMaintain comprehensive records of the procurement cycle, including an organized repository of all active and archived supplier contracts.\nMaintain an up-to-date supplier database and conduct periodic performance reviews to ensure contract compliance.\nMonitor contract performance, renewals, and expiry dates to ensure timely action and continuous service delivery.\nSupport internal and external audit requirements by ensuring full compliance and proper documentation of procurement and contracting activities.\nPerform any other related duties that may be required or assigned.\nSkills and Knowledge\nGood knowledge and experience in local market (Bahrain Market).\n\nKnowledgeoftheTelecommunicationindustry’sprocurementrelatedpractices.\n\nBudgeting and Reporting\n\nCost Management\n\nOracle System\n\nRelationship Management\n\nMarket knowledge\n\nNegotiation skills\n\nProducts and services knowledge\n\nContractual law basics and terminology\n\nQualifications and Education\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Telecommunications or a relevant field.\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing preferably in Telecom.\n\nInclusivity statement\nWe are committed to ensuring our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible to all.
