The Senior .NET Developer works closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end solution delivery.\nWhat We Need From You\nDesign, develop, and maintain .NETapplications including desktop, console, Windows services, and web-based solutions.\n\nLead the development and integration of high-availability APIs and backend services.\n\nImplement and maintain secure and scalable REST and WCF services.\n\nDesign and deploy applications on IIS with a focus on performance tuning and load balancing.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.\n\nTranslate business needs into functional and technical specifications.\n\nPerform impact analysis, scoping, and solution design.\n\nTroubleshoot application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement fixes.\n\nOptimize performance of code, database queries, and application behavior.\n\nDevelop and integrate with SQL Server: tables, stored procedures, functions, views, and PLSQL where required.\n\nIntegrate systems with third-party APIs and services including TCP/IP and WebSocket-based communication.\n\nConduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to other developers.\n\nLead planning and estimation sessions, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.\n\nWork with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.\n\nCollaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and environment readiness.\n\nWork closely with QA for testing, validation, and bug fixing.\n\nEngage in ongoing reporting, system monitoring, and tuning activities.\n\nParticipate in business meetings, requirement workshops, and sprint planning sessions.\n\nEnsure security best practices are followed in application design and implementation.\n\nStay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and recommend improvements to existing systems.\n\nExperience or exposure to telecom systems and protocols is considered a strong plus.\n\nPerform tasks as requested.\n\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in relevant field ( Computer science, Programming)\n\n5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET (C#), including desktop applications, Windows services, and ASP.NET.\n\nTelecom industry experience is a plus.\n\nStrong experience with console applications, libraries (DLLs), and service-oriented architectures.\n\nIn-depth experience with WCF and RESTful services.\n\nExperience designing load-balanced, fault-tolerant, and high-availability APIs.\n\nExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.\n\nExperience gathering business requirements, performing impact analysis, and documenting design specs.\n\nStrong experience integrating third-party services and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, WebSockets).\n\nSkills and Knowledge\nSolid knowledge of IIS configuration, hosting, troubleshooting, and tuning.\n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server: database design, indexing, stored procedures, PLSQL, and views.\n\nProven ability to troubleshoot application, performance, and network-related issues.\n\nExcellent communication skills and experience working directly with business users.\n\nStrong planning and organizational skills - able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\n\nUnderstanding of security principles in .NET applications.\n\nKnowledge of reporting tools and performance diagnostics.\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including persons with disabilities and those who may require reasonable accommodations to perform their duties.
