This role focuses on solution design, system architecture, and end-to-end ML lifecycle ownership, while mentoring senior data scientists and engineers. The ideal candidate will bridge data science, engineering, and MLOps to deliver scalable, production-ready AI systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Architect end-to-end machine learning systems, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring\n\n- Design and review scalable, high-performance ML architectures for large-scale production environments\n\n- Define and implement best practices for the ML lifecycle, including training, validation, deployment, versioning, and monitoring\n\n- Lead architecture decisions for model scaling, performance optimization, and reliability\n\n- Collaborate closely with data engineers, MLOps engineers, and platform teams to ensure seamless integration\n\n- Establish standards for reusability, modularity, and maintainability of AI/ML components\n\n- Guide the adoption of feature stores, model registries, and data lakes\n\n- Mentor senior data scientists and ML engineers on solution design, architecture patterns, and production readiness\n\n- Review technical designs, conduct architecture walkthroughs, and provide technical governance\n\nTechnical Skills & Expertise : \n\nCore AI/ML Skills : \n\n- Strong proficiency in Python\n\n- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch\n\n- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and model optimization\n\n- Experience with distributed data processing using Spark\n\nMLOps & Platform : \n\n- Strong knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, retraining)\n\n- Experience with model registries, feature stores, and experiment tracking tools\n\n- Exposure to data lakes and large-scale data platforms\n\nCloud & Tools : \n\n- Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, and Google Cloud AI / Vertex AI\n\n- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and scalable ML deployments\n\nDesired Profile : \n\n- 8 to 15 years of overall experience in AI/ML, with significant exposure to architecture and solution design\n\n- Proven experience designing and deploying production-scale ML systems\n\n- Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills\n\n-
