We believe in autonomy, the exchange of different experiences, and building solutions together.\nHere, growing means sharing knowledge, respecting different ways of thinking, and building relationships based on trust while delivering high-quality technology.\nIf this way of working resonates with you, come join us.\nWhat you will do:\nPlan, design, execute, and document manual tests across Functional, Regression, Integration, System, API, and End-to-End testing;\nManage test cases, requirements traceability, test execution, defect tracking, reporting, dashboards, and test metrics using qTest;\nTest web and enterprise applications, including API validation using Postman or similar tools;\nPerform database and ETL testing, including SQL validation, data reconciliation, data transformation verification, and business rule validation;\nAnalyze requirements, identify risks and gaps, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings effectively;\nCreate and maintain test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, execution reports, and defect documentation;\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint ceremonies.\nWhat we are looking for:\nFluent English\nStrong experience with Manual Testing, including test planning, test case design, test execution, defect management, and reporting;\nAdvanced hands-on experience with qTest for test case management, requirements traceability, test execution, defect tracking, reporting, dashboards, and test metrics;\nExperience testing web and enterprise applications;\nStrong API validation skills using Postman or similar tools;\nSolid understanding of SQL, database validation, data reconciliation, ETL testing, data transformations, and business rules;\nGood understanding of financial business processes and experience testing finance-related applications, including trading, accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and financial data validation;\nExperience working with Agile/Scrum teams, including participation in sprint ceremonies and collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers;\nAbility to create and maintain quality documentation, including test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, execution reports, and defect documentation;\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze requirements, identify risks and gaps, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings effectively.\nWhere you will work:\nThis is a 100% remote position.\nHiring models:\nCooperative\nBenefits of being a Zallper:\nMeal/Food Allowance\nCaju multi-benefit card (credit format), offering flexibility for everyday needs.
