We believe in autonomy, the exchange of different experiences, and building solutions together.\nHere, growing means sharing knowledge, respecting different ways of thinking, and building relationships based on trust while delivering high-quality technology.\nIf this way of working resonates with you, come join us.\nWhat you will do:\nDesign, develop, test, and implement complex Data Science models and algorithmic systems to generate business value;\nLead large-scale Data Science initiatives from proof of concept (POC) through production deployment;\nDesign and structure reusable codebases, applying Data Science best practices to ensure the sustainability of the technical portfolio;\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop scalable, sustainable solutions;\nWork closely with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers to build and deliver valuable analytical solutions;\nDocument and communicate the design, functionality, and results of analytical models and solutions to different audiences;\nEnsure timely delivery, testing, and ongoing maintenance of developed solutions;\nCommunicate data insights and demonstrate business value to stakeholders;\nServe as a technical lead and key point of contact for Product Managers, business partners, and other collaborators;\nShare technical knowledge, tools, and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.\nWhat we are looking for:\nAdvanced English proficiency;\nExperience designing, developing, evaluating, testing, and implementing complex Data Science models and algorithmic systems;\nAbility to lead Data Science initiatives end to end, from proof of concept through production;\nKnowledge of software development best practices, reusable code design, and scalable, sustainable solutions;\nAbility to translate business challenges into analytical solutions;\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers;\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts, analytical results, and insights to different audiences;\nExperience providing technical leadership, mentoring professionals, and sharing knowledge.\nNice to have:\nExperience with Python and Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow;\nKnowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, including regression, clustering, Random Forest, and neural networks;\nExperience with optimization models, graph-based problems, and Google OR-Tools;\nKnowledge of feature engineering and dimensional modeling;\nExperience using SQL for data extraction and transformation;\nKnowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including key-value databases;\nExperience building dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or Data Studio;\nKnowledge of or experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nWhere you will work:\nThis is a 100% remote position.\nHiring models:\nCooperative\nBenefits of being a Zallper:\nMeal/Food Allowance\nCaju multi-benefit card (credit format), offering flexibility for everyday needs.
