In-App Growth UX & Copywriting\nOwn micro-copy, UI text, and behavioral triggers across high-conversion touchpoints (Checkout flows, Paywalls, In-app Pop-ups, Banners, and Push Notifications).\nOptimize copy based on Zalo platform constraints (character limits, notification rules) to maximize Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CR).\n3. Cross-Functional Collaboration (Design & Research)\nWith UI/UX Design: Provide conversion-focused UX copy, trigger frameworks, and messaging hierarchy to ensure UI layouts accentuate key selling points.\nWith UX Research (UXR): Commission monetization-specific research (churn analysis, purchase barriers, pricing sensitivities) and translate insights into actionable copy improvements.\n4.
