Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex production incidents;\nLeadership & Mentoring: Act as a technical mentor for Senior and Junior engineers. Lead technical sub-projects, conduct rigorous code reviews, and foster a culture of engineering excellence;\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineering teams (Mobile, Web, Data) in an Agile environment to translate business requirements into high-impact technical solutions;\nCI/CD & Automation: Champion DevOps practices, owning and continuously improving deployment pipelines for rapid, reliable feature delivery.\nWhat you need\nQualification\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience);\nAt least 4+ years of professional software development experience as a Backend Engineer, with proven experience in technical leadership or mentoring roles;\nWorking skills\nExpert-level proficiency in Java (or similar backend languages) with deep knowledge of OOP, common design patterns, and multithreading/asynchronous programming;\nStrong algorithmic foundation, data structures, and problem-solving mindset;\nExtensive experience designing, building, and maintaining high-traffic RESTful APIs, gRPC, and/or Thrift services;\nSolid hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, Linux ecosystems, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases, as well as distributed caching systems (Memcached, Redis);\nA strong sense of ownership, high adaptability to new technologies, and a dynamic attitude.
