You will be responsible for developing the web platforms, portals, and DBA tools (Redmine, Bytebase, Zalo DBaaS Portal) that power our database services, and for integrating CI/CD automation, database infrastructure provisioning, and monitoring & observability into Zalo DBaaS.\nDepending on your expertise, your primary focus may be in one or more of the following areas:\nPlatform Portal & DBA Tools Development\nCI/CD Automation & Integration \nInfrastructure Provisioning \nMonitoring & Observability\nWhat you will do\nPlatform Portal & DBA Tools Development\nDesign, develop, and maintain backend services and web portals for the Zalo DBaaS platform;\nBuild, customize, and integrate DBA tools such as Redmine, Bytebase, and the Zalo DBaaS Portal;\nDevelop RESTful APIs and self-service features for database requests, approvals, and operations;\nIntegrate platforms with internal systems for authentication, authorization, and auditing;\nEnsure the reliability, security, and performance of platform services in production.\nMonitoring & Performance\nIntegrate database metrics, logs, and alerts into the DBaaS platform;\nBuild monitoring dashboards and alerting mechanisms for databases and platform services;\nProvide observability features such as slow-query insights and health reports to users;\nSupport incident investigation and root cause analysis;\nMaintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.\nCI/CD Automation & Integration\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform services and database changes;\nIntegrate database change management (DBCM) workflows into delivery pipelines;
