Scientist (User Growth) with strong predictive modeling, analytical skills, and product sense to build scalable data solutions and drive measurable business impact.\nWhat you will do\nBuild and deploy predictive models for subscription conversion and churn to drive growth and retention;\nTranslate data insights and model outputs into actionable recommendations for product, growth, and monetization;\nPartner with Product, Technical, and Business leaders to shape key questions and data-driven decisions;\nDesign and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to measure uplift and validate impact;\nDefine, own, and monitor core product metrics and success indicators (DAU, retention, engagement, conversion, revenue);\nPerform exploratory and deep-dive analyses to uncover user behavior and growth opportunities;\nWrite efficient SQL/Python to extract, clean, and transform data from large-scale datasets;\nBuild and maintain dashboards and BI systems for performance tracking and decision support;\nCollaborate with data engineering to improve data pipelines, tracking frameworks, and documentation.\nWhat you need\n2-5 years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or related roles, preferably in large-scale or consumer-facing products;\nHands-on experience with hypergrowth or data-rich environments (10M+ users) is a strong plus;\nStrong programming skills in Python (or R) for data processing, analysis, and building data solutions;\nSolid understanding of A/B testing methodologies, causal analysis, funnel metrics, and product measurement;\nAbility to clearly communicate and present complex findings to stakeholders;\nExperience with machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus;\nExperience with recommendation systems, ranking, or content
