Our sites have a global reach of well over 45 million active users and our agency business continues to tackle exciting marketing and creative projects from our global gaming clientele.\nJob description\nWe are looking for a Community Manager who has familiarity with ARPG games (big plus if you play Path of Exile 2) to further grow ZAM’s Community Team and assist in the creation and implementation of Community Development and Management strategies for our global gaming clientele. Our ideal candidate is fluent in English and German, has a passion for video games, deep knowledge and love of the gaming industry and has a high level of attention to detail. The Community Manager at ZAM will need to flex their project management skills, track and complete a variety of tasks for multiple projects, build strong relationships with our clients, manage other Singapore based community team members, as well as grow and engage with online gaming communities.\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with ZAM’s Los Angeles headquarters & Singapore office and creative teams to create, curate and publish compelling social media content for our clients\nCoordinate communications with our clients, understand their goals and provide solutions.\nProvide reporting and accurate tracking of projects to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating updates, risks and roadblocks.\nBuild and optimize community platforms from the ground up including Discord, Subreddits, Forums, Twitch, Facebook Groups and more.\nCommunity moderation, volunteer management and recruitment across multiple platforms.\nCreate and run community events to engage and grow online communities.\nWork with other internal departments including marketing and creative services to complete projects with a high level of quality.\nMonitor online community sentiment and provide constructive feedback on how to improve and maintain positive sentiment for our clients.\nQualifications\n Fluent in English and German \nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.\n2+ years of community management experience in an agency or gaming environment.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required.\nPassionate gamer with experience in PC/console and mobile games.\nSelf-motivated, independent, high attention to detail, process-oriented and adaptable when working across multiple clients and business units.\nStrong leadership and effective resource management skills.\nAn open minded and problem-solving attitude with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience launching at least one new product and/or facilitating the growth of a thriving community.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, deal with ambiguity and cooperate effectively with our international clientele.\nFlexibility for irregular work hours to collaborate with our headquarters in Los Angeles as well as our international clients.\nProficient with common online community platforms (Discord, Reddit, Wikis, Forums, Twitch etc.) as well as social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat and Facebook).\nExperience working with project management and social media tools (eg.
