Its continued success will be dependent on building and retaining a world-class team.\nWe are seeking a top-class experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable ERP solutions as part of Zamara’s digital transformation program.\nThe role will focus on customizing and extending Business Central, integrating it with surrounding systems, and ensuring optimal performance and user experience across the enterprise ecosystem.\nKEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDesign, develop, and deploy extensions and customizations within Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL language). \nBuild and maintain integrations with external systems such as Microsoft Power Platform. \nMaintain code quality through proper version control, CI/CD, and documentation standards. \nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues, identifying root causes and implementing efficient fixes. \nOptimize application performance and ensure scalability and resilience. \nSupport upgrade and migration activities, ensuring smooth transition of data and configurations. \nParticipate in code reviews, testing, and release management processes. \nCollaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and business users to translate requirements into technical specifications. \nMaintain familiarity with AppSource publishing standards and emerging BC capabilities. \nGENERAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum 4 years’ experience in Business Central or NAV development. \nStrong understanding of AL, VS Code environment, and extensions. \nProficiency in SQL Server, performance tuning, and data management. \nExperience translating business needs into detailed technical requirements. \nSolid problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. \nDESIRABLE\nExperience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other CI/CD pipelines. \nProgramming experience in C#, .NET, or related languages. \nExposure to Microsoft Cloud, Power Platform, and Azure Services. \nUnderstanding of insurance, pensions, or financial service
