As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you help shape that growth from our Utrecht office, hiring the consultants, graduates and interns who will work with our clients, and supporting hiring for the teams that keep Zanders running.\nYou join the Talent Acquisition team and work closely with hiring managers, consultants and colleagues across different sections of HR. You have ownership of full recruitment process for graduate and intern roles, and you will grow to handle more senior hires.
