With a growing number of Kyriba projects, we are looking for a Kyriba Implementation Manager to lead implementations and take ownership of client implementations from day one to help shape our treasury technology capabilities across our global team.\nYou will join a team of experienced Consultants who share knowledge and hold each other to the highest standards. You will lead project teams, work directly with clients, support business development, and receive personalized training to keep growing.\nYour background will be in a corporate or consulting environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end Kyriba implementation projects: scoping, planning, design, configuration, testing and go-live.\n\nManage treasury advisory projects from start to finish, delivering to clients on time, at high quality and in line with the agreed engagement terms.\n\nTranslate clients' treasury management requirements into solutions, advising on best practices and making sure the design fits their objectives.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams of technical, functional and client resources to keep deliverables on schedule.\n\nReport on project status, timelines and risks to stakeholders, and address issues before they escalate.\n\nAdvise clients on treasury technology, including redefining current practices, selecting vendors and implementing solutions.\n\nCoach and direct Consultants and Senior Consultants on your projects, supporting their development and keeping workloads healthy.\n\nIdentify new business and project opportunities with existing and new clients, locally and internationally.\n\nContribute to commercial activities such as presentations, RFPs, events and networking.\n\nShare your Kyriba and treasury technology expertise through articles, webinars or speaking at events.\n\nContribute to internal initiatives and an inclusive team culture, and help improve how we deliver projects.\n\nSkills to be successful\nEssential\nProven experience (5+ years) leading or delivering Kyriba Treasury implementations, including configuration and integration with tools such as SWIFT, trading portals and market data providers.\n\nSolid knowledge of treasury and risk management, cash management, in-house banking, payment factories and bank connectivity.\n\nExperience in a consulting envionment and managing projects or leading project teams, with the ability to delegate and coach.\n\nA track record of solving complex client problems with practical solutions.\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.\n\nKyriba Certifications\n\nBusiness-fluent English (written and spoken).\n\nWillingness to travel to client sites and Zanders offices as needed.
