Treasury technology sits at the centre of that work. As demand grows, we are looking for a Manager to lead client engagements and help shape the practice.\nIn this role you will own treasury technology engagements from start to finish: advising clients on their technology landscape, leading selection and implementation projects, and taking accountability for delivery, quality and budget. You will also lead the consultants on your projects by setting direction, delegating and supporting their development, and you will help grow the practice through client relationships and new business.\nYou will join a team of experienced consultants who work collaboratively across offices, share expertise openly, and are given real ownership of client relationships. Zanders ensures that the work you take on is shaped by what you are ready for, not by how long you have been here.\nYour background will be in corporate treasury or treasury consulting.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdvise clients on their treasury technology landscape: redefine current practices, shape long-term technology roadmaps, support vendor selection and lead implementations.\n\nAnalyse client needs independently, get to the core of the business case and test your assumptions with colleagues and stakeholders before recommending a direction.\n\nLead treasury advisory projects from start to finish, ensuring deliverables meet agreed quality standards, timelines and engagement terms.\n\nSet and manage project budgets, and keep scope, risk and stakeholder expectations aligned throughout delivery.\n\nBuild alignment across client stakeholders in treasury, finance, IT and vendors, and secure buy-in for the recommended direction.\n\nLead and develop the consultants on your projects: set clear direction, delegate effectively, give feedback and support their growth.\n\nSafeguard a healthy workload across the project team and support colleagues' well-being.\n\nManage client accounts and identify new business and project opportunities, locally and internationally.\n\nContribute to proposals, RFPs, client presentations, events and networking.\n\nTrack treasury technology developments and translate them into practical advice for clients, and share what you learn through treasury boot camps, guest lectures and internal training.\n\nContribute to internal initiatives that strengthen collaboration and an inclusive team culture across our global offices.\n\nSkills to be successful:\nEssential\nAt least 5 years in corporate treasury or treasury consulting.\n\nHands-on experience implementing treasury management systems (SAP, FIS, ION, Kyriba or comparable) and related tools such as SWIFT.\n\nWorking knowledge across treasury management, in-house banking, payment factories and bank connectivity.\n\nA track record of leading projects to delivery, with a structured approach to scope, budget and risk.\n\nExperience guiding or developing less experienced colleagues through project leadership, mentoring or line management.\n\nFluent English, and willingness to travel to client sites.\n\nAlso valuable\nA professional qualification such as CFA, ACT or FRM, or a relevant Master's degree.\n\nExperience identifying and converting new business opportunities.\n\nFormal line management experience.\n\nAdditional European languages.\n\nWe offer:\nA hybrid work environment, that promotes a healthy work-life balance,\n\nAllowance to set up your home office in an ergonomically responsible way and an internet allowance,\n\nMobility budget to cater your commuting needs,\n\nParticipation in the Zanders bonus scheme,\n\nSecure your future with a pension scheme,\n\n29 paid holiday days,\n\nA laptop and an iPhone,\n\nAn entrepreneurial culture that values personal development, with ample room for initiatives,\n\nExpertise in your chosen field, building skills rapidly alongside diverse clients and consultants,\n\nA truly collegiate environment with enthusiastic and helpful colleagues, fostering career excellence in Treasury, Risk or Technology,\n\nAn international and fun working environment, Cultural night events, annual Zanders's trip to a (surprise) location in Europe and many more exciting experiences to come!\n\nAbout Us: Progress your career with Zanders.\nWe are a global financial consulting firm focused on Treasury, Risk and Technology.
