This could be the job for you.\nOur Medford team works Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, giving you three-day weekends, plus occasional Friday overtime during our busy season for those looking to earn even more.\nIf you pay attention to the details, enjoy staying busy, and take pride in keeping things organized, we’d love to meet you!\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nReceive incoming materials, supplies, and products \nVerify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips \nInspect deliveries for shortages, damage, or other discrepancies \nAccurately enter receiving and shipping information into company systems \nLabel, organize, and store materials in the correct locations \nPrepare finished products and materials for shipment \nPackage, wrap, and secure products to prevent damage during transportation \nCreate and verify shipping documents, packing slips, and labels \nCoordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers \nLoad and unload trucks using appropriate equipment \nOperate a forklift or pallet jack after proper training and certification \nMaintain accurate inventory and shipping records \nCommunicate shipment issues or discrepancies to the appropriate departments \nKeep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and safe \nWork with production, purchasing, and other departments to meet shipping deadlines \nFollow all safety procedures and quality standards \nHelp identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency \nWhat We’re Looking For\nShipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.\nWe’re looking for someone who is:\nReliable and dependable \nOrganized and detail-oriented \nComfortable using computers and learning new systems \nAble to accurately complete paperwork and data entry \nComfortable working with numbers, quantities, and part numbers \nAble to manage multiple priorities throughout the day \nA clear and professional communicator \nA team player with a strong work ethic \nAble to work independently when needed \nComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment \nCommitted to accuracy, safety, and quality \n Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality \nPhysical Requirements\nThis position requires:\nStanding and walking throughout the shift \nLifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. \nFrequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling \nPushing and pulling carts, pallets, and materials \nLoading and unloading shipments \nUsing forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment \nWorking around manufacturing and warehouse equipment \nWorking in indoor and outdoor conditions as needed \nPerforming repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail \nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nWe work hard, but we also know how to have fun.\nWhat You Can Expect\nDay Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM \nThree-day weekends \nOccasional Friday overtime during busy season \nMedical, dental, and vision insurance \n401(k) with company match \nPaid time off \nOpportunities for advancement \nCompany BBQs \nAnnual company picnic \nChristmas party \nEmployee contests, raffles, and giveaways \nTeam events throughout the year \nReady to Join the Team?\nIf you’re ready for a hands-on position where organization, accuracy, and teamwork matter, apply today.
