Come join our team!\nZantech is looking for a talented Agile Project manager to contribute to the success of our upcoming Agile Transformation project for an Hybrid\nrole based out of the Washington DC Metro Area.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide support with tasks associated with program office management and all activities associated with program and project management\nProvide advice and recommendations on the management, operations, and control of existing programs and projects, and advisory support of new programs and projects\nSupport program management required for major acquisition programs including Business Capability Acquisition Cycle (BCAC) and Software Acquisition Pathway, Acquisition Category (ACAT)\nImplement key disciplines and methodologies necessary for programs/projects\nProvide Project Management Support to Governance with planning, scheduling, compiling briefing materials, meeting management, note taking, editing, and publishing\nInteract with staff and senior leaders across the agency to ensure efficient and effective execution of the governance process\nProvide studies, analyses, scenarios, and reports that advise the best actions as well as interpreting results\nApply mission level thinking for current and emerging projects/programs, and translate stakeholder needs and expectations into statements assessing requirements\nPerform complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or systems related to project/program issues\nAnalyze information from multiple sources to compile complete and holistic solutions\nCommunicate recommendations and issues to staff and senior leadership that support the overall strategic plan\nExecute duties guided by DoDD 5000.01, DoDI 5000.02, DoD Issuances governing acquisition programs, and other program management policies addressed in DoD 5000 and 8000 series\nYears Experience Required: 10-15 years (minimum 5 years in each required competency area)\nSkills Required:\nProject Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)\nAgile Frameworks including user stories, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog management, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing requirements\nDoD Acquisition Framework and Process Improvement Methodologies\nProgram/Project Management documentation (project management plan, work breakdown structure, risk management plan, project schedule, meeting agendas, meeting minutes)\nDoD Software Development Project and Program Management\nServiceNow (1-2 years minimum)\nMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Project, Access)\nAdobe Suite (Acrobat Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, PageMaker, Premier)\nSharePoint and task management systems\nMultitasking and managing multiple concurrent projects\nStakeholder engagement and communication at all organizational levels\nRequired Security Clearance:\nUS Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.\n“Outstanding Performance…Always!”\nOur corporate motto represents our commitment to build long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees by providing the highest quality service in everything we do.
