Come join our team!\nThis Sr. Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for our federal programs supporting DoD, Army, and DHS missions. This is a hybrid, individual contributor role based at our corporate office in Reston, VA. You will own your own requisitions and delivery while working as part of a collaborative recruiting team that shares knowledge, candidates, and support.\nYou will manage every step of the process: building and posting requisitions, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and staying close to candidates through their first day and beyond. Our recruiting environment is high volume and high touch. We want someone who genuinely cares about people, communicates with warmth and honesty, and treats every candidate as a future teammate.\nResponsibilities include, but not limited to:\nRequisition and Posting\nPartner with hiring managers and program leadership to define role requirements, labor categories, clearance needs, and contract qualifications.\nDraft, refine, and post job descriptions in our applicant tracking system and on external job boards, professional networks, and clearance-focused sites.\nSourcing and Screening\nManage open requisitions of that include both current open roles and proposal roles at once while keeping technical expectations/experience and personnel quality high.\nProactively source passive and active candidates, including cleared talent, through databases, referrals, social media, and networking.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand each team’s dynamics and priorities, and screen candidates for the right balance of technical depth and working style for that team.\nInterview Coordination\nSchedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and program teams.\nPrepare candidates for each interview and gather timely feedback from interviewers.\nKeep the process moving and every party informed at each stage.\nOffer and Post-Offer Care\nExtend verbal and written offers and guide candidates through negotiation questions with transparency.\nStay in regular contact with accepted candidates through clearance processing and start date.\nContinues to works with onboarding and check in after the start date to confirm a positive experience.\nRelationship and Data Management\nServe as a trusted, consistent point of contact for hiring managers throughout each search.\nMaintain accurate, current candidate records and pipeline data in the ATS.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\n7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 5 years recruiting for federal government contractors.\nExperience owning every stage of the recruiting lifecycle for your roles, from requisition to post-start follow-up, without a coordinator or sourcer to hand work off to.\nProven record of placing senior, cleared technical professionals and key personnel in support of federal programs and proposals.\nProven success managing high-volume requisition loads without sacrificing candidate experience.\nWorking knowledge of the IT disciplines we hire for, such as cybersecurity, cloud, software development, data, and program management, with the ability to speak credibly with technical candidates.\nHands-on experience with an applicant tracking system and modern sourcing tools; experience with Breezy.HR is a plus.\nExperience recruiting cleared candidates and understanding of security clearance levels and processes.\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to hold honest, caring conversations with candidates about fit, compensation, and timelines.\nExcellent organization and follow-through across many candidates at once.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nU.S. citizenship\n“Outstanding Performance…Always!”\nOur corporate motto represents our commitment to build long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees by providing the highest quality service in everything we do.
