Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung unseres Projektmanagement-Teams bei einem öffentlichen Großprojekt
  • Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Projektmeetings und Workshops
  • Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Projektalltag
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektdokumentationen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Termin- und Kostensteuerung und bei der Qualitätssicherung

Ihr Profil

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Interesse am Bauprojektmanagement und an der Mitarbeit in komplexen Bauprojekten
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Tools sowie Kenntnisse im Prompting
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
