Here, you will not just build technology, you will drive business impact and grow your career alongside industry leaders.\nWe are looking for a Senior UX Designer to work on a project in the online marketplace industry.\nThe project:\nOur teammates are talented people that come from a variety of backgrounds. We’re committed to building an inclusive culture based on trust and innovation.\nYou will be part of a distributed team developing new technologies to solve real business problems. The project is for a company that owns global marketplace websites, with teams working on various regional platforms. The initiative is being set up as a new legal entity with board backing, and the work will run as time-boxed experiments through to the end of the year, with the objective of building experimental platforms using artificial intelligence. The core intention is to learn: the client is not only looking for delivery capacity, but for expertise on how to do this right and what it could mean for how they transform the broader organisation. The Service marketplace platform is particularly interesting in this regard, as it is a clean slate with a new entity and no inherited constraints on how to approach it. They want it done differently precisely so they can learn from it, and from the outset it should also be able to integrate as a macro app within their existing logins and apps.\nWe are looking for someone with good communication skills, ideally with experience making decisions, being proactive, used to building software from scratch, and with good attention to detail.\nWhat you will do:\nWork on AI development, helping to build experimental platforms using artificial intelligence\n\nContribute to the Service marketplace platform, a clean-slate build with no inherited constraints\n\nBring expertise on how to approach the work in a new way, so the client can learn from it\n\nHelp design the platform so it can integrate as a macro app within the client's existing logins and apps\n\nCollaborate within a squad team\n\nWhat you will bring\n9+ years of experience as a UX Designer, at senior level or above\n\nStrong AI knowledge and significant prior experience, as the work involves AI development\n\nExpertise in how to approach a new build the right way, as the client is looking to learn from the team\n\nProficiency in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD) and prototyping tools\n\nSolid portfolio showing end-to-end design process, not just final visuals\n\nKnowledge of UX methodologies such as design thinking, Lean UX and Jobs to Be Done\n\nUnderstanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles\n\nExperience working with design systems and design tokens\n\nFamiliarity with user research and testing tools (Maze, UserTesting, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop)\n\nBasic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end constraints, so designs are feasible\n\nStrong ability to leverage AI solutions, including Claude\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with UX writing and microcopy\n\nKnowledge of motion design and micro-interactions\n\nExperience with data-driven design, analytics and A/B testing\n\nBackground in a specific domain (fintech, healthtech, e-commerce, SaaS)\n\nExperience facilitating workshops such as design sprints or co-creation sessions\n\nWhat we offer:\n100% Remote Work\n\nWFH allowance: Monthly payment as financial support for remote working.\n\nCareer Growth: We have established a career development program accessible for all employees with a 360º feedback that will help us to guide you in your career progression.\n\nTraining: For Tech training at Zartis, you have time allocated during the week at your disposal.
