This is a high-ownership role where you'll define how we implement, integrate, and scale our AI agents across complex enterprise environments. Every implementation you lead in these early stages builds the foundation for how we onboard hundreds of customers in the future.\nOwn end-to-end deployment for enterprise customers, from kickoff through go-live and hypercare to large scale roll-out and use-case expansion\nWork directly with customer stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams to map workflows, configure agents, and drive adoption\nPartner closely with engineering/product to troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate system integrations, and feed customer insights back to product\nContribute to improving deployment playbooks, escalation processes, and operational readiness over time, incl. creating repeatable processes, templates, and best practices that enable the team to scale while compressing deployment cycles and time-to-value\nDrive change management and operator training, turning skeptical users into AI champions who trust and rely on the agents\nYou Might Be a Fit If You...\nHave 2+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, ideally with enterprise software or AI products in a B2B environment\nKnow how to navigate complex organizations, build trust with diverse stakeholders, and drive consensus across teams\nHave a bias for action and getting things done, even when the path forward is unclear\nExperience with Agents/LLMs or writing software yourself is a big plus, as well as any working experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry\nWhat You Bring\nStrong understanding of how enterprise software works, including APIs, databases, system architectures and integrations\nExcellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver on time across multiple stakeholders\nOutstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nFluency in English required, German is a strong plus\nLocation & Logistics\nBerlin office preferred, but open for hybrid setups\nAnnual offsite (last year we took the team for 4 weeks to San Francisco)\nStart: As soon as possible\nWhat We Offer\nTop-of-market compensation and meaningful early equity\nDirect access to real users and fast feedback loops\nA highly experienced team with full trust and autonomy\nThe opportunity to shape the foundations of a company and product from day one\nA mission that matters: building intelligent systems to power the future of global trade\nWhy Now\nWe’re not a demo company.
