If you want to work with smart teams to build important software, and you want to avoid big company bureaucracy, this is the place for you.\nNow we’re looking for an Business Analyst to join our team on projects for one of our international clients.\n\nWhat you will be doing:\nClient & Business Relations: Conducting meetings, interviews, and workshops with clients to gather and analyze business\nrequirements.\n\nRequirements Engineering & Documentation: Translating business needs into clear project and functional documentation, as well as use cases.\n\nMapping & Delivering Solutions: Designing solutions tailored to client goals, along with mapping and optimizing business processes.\n\nClose Collaboration with the Team: Providing ongoing support to the Project Manager and the development team – clarifying business doubts, ensuring backlog consistency, and prioritizing tasks.\n\nQuality & Validation: Creating test scenarios, participating in the acceptance of delivered features (UAT – User Acceptance Testing), and verifying whether the provided software fully meets business needs.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nMin. 5 years of experience as a Business / System Analyst in the IT industry (experience in a Software House is a strong plus).\n\nPractical knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.\n\nAbility to create documentation based on User Stories.\n\nExperience working with web or mobile applications and a basic understanding of system architecture (e.g., REST API, databases).\n\nExcellent communication skills, an inquisitive mindset, and the ability to ask the right questions to business stakeholders.\n\nExcellent command of spoken and written English (min.
