a project for one of our international clients.\nWe need a hands-on .NET lead developer who can own delivery, improve code quality, mentor developers, and work closely with architecture, QA, DB, DevOps, and product stakeholders.\n\nWhat exactly will you be doing?:\n\nLeading development work across .NET, C#, and Azure-based applications.\n\nReviewing and improving code quality, performance, maintainability, and reliability.\n\nWorking on application performance optimizations, including async/await, EF Core usage, caching, API design, memory allocation, HttpClient usage, long-running processes, and error handling.\n\nSupporting the decomposition of monolithic functionality into modular components or services.\n\nPartnering with QA teams on testability, regression coverage, defect triage, and release readiness.\n\nMentoring mid-level developers and raising engineering standards.\n\nCollaborating with product and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and reduce rework.\n\nParticipating in production issue analysis and root-cause reviews.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n10+ years software development experience.\n\nStrong C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API experience.\n\nStrong Entity Framework / EF Core experience.\n\nStrong Azure experience: App Services, Azure SQL, Application Insights, Azure DevOps, CI/CD.\n\nExperience improving performance and reliability in production systems.\n\nExperience leading developers, reviewing code, and setting engineering standards.\n\nStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nNice to have:\n\nAngular / React / front-end experience.\n\nRedis / distributed caching.\n\nAzure Front Door, API Management, Service Bus, Storage.\n\nInsurance, fintech, or regulated
