If you want to cooperate with smart teams to build meaningful software, and you want to avoid big company bureaucracy, this is the place for you.\n\nWe’re looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our project for one of our international clients.\nFluency in English at least a B2+ level required.\n\nYour Tasks:\nDefine and evolve the test strategy for web applications, including decisions on what to automate and at which layer (unit / API / E2E / visual vs. manual/exploratory)\n\nPlan and prioritize testing activities based on business risk, and clearly communicate quality trade-offs to PMs and engineering managers\n\nEvaluate, select, and implement testing tools by running PoCs, comparing options, and making recommendations (frameworks, reporting, observability)\n\nMonitor and analyze key quality metrics (e.g., flakiness, execution time, critical path coverage, escaped defects) and drive continuous improvements\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with developers, PMs, and DevOps to improve testability, refine acceptance criteria, and effectively communicate quality risks in business terms\n\nTechnical requirements:\n5+ years in software testing (manual and/or automated) for web applications, with at least 2 years hands-on in test automation.
