Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical and sales job functions, requirements, and industry-specific skills as well as a proven track record in talent acquisition, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Qualified candidates will leverage creative and effective talent acquisition strategies to source and develop robust, diverse candidate pipelines. This role will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of recruitment activities.\nWe're open to this individual working in a remote capacity within the United States. Please note: If you live within 55 miles of the downtown Denver office location (preferred location), we do ask that you work in a hybrid capacity.\nWhat You’ll Get To Do:\nPartner closely and build collaborative relationships with leadership, hiring managers and HR Business partners to build a deep knowledge of the business and your client group\n\nBuild and maintain diverse talent pipelines\n\nDevelop and execute effective sourcing and recruiting strategies, plans and processes to identify active and passive candidates, and attract the best people in the competitive market for talent\n\nFacilitate and execute the full life-cycle recruitment process to hire Zayo employees\n\nConsult with and guide Hiring Managers through the recruitment process and provide the appropriate tools when needed\n\nDrive recruiting activities to ensure a strong pool of qualified and diverse candidates for current and future openings\n\nScreen and provide the best qualified candidates to Hiring Managers\n\nNetwork through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees\n\nConduct regular check-ins with Hiring Managers\n\nManage change with an ability to quickly course correct to meet the business needs\n\nEnsure compliance with recruiting processes and recruiting KPI’s\n\nWhat You’ll Need To Be Successful:\nBachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience\n\nMinimum of 5 (five) years of technical and sales recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment or as an external recruiter\n\nPrior recruiting experience within the telecommunication industry, preferred (a blend of agency and corporate experience is a plus)\n\nDemonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level\n\nSelf-directed, highly organized, and be able to complete time-sensitive assignments with composure and perseverance\n\nExperience recruiting across all levels\n\nExperience sourcing active and passive candidates with a focus on the candidate experience and track recording for finding top talent\n\nExperience with behavioral/competency based interviewing and DOL requirements for interview questions\n\nWorkday experience strongly preferred\n\nProficiency with MS 365\n\nExceptional written and oral communication skills to ensure accurate and effective conveyance of information\n\nAbility to quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment\n\nAbility to connect and effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organization\n\nAbility to maintain strict confidentiality\n\nStrong attention to detail and collaborative\n\nThis description is not intended to establish a total definition of the job but an outline of the duties\n\nEstimated hourly range: $45.00 -
