This role turns employee feedback and workforce data into actionable insights, reports, and recommendations that help leaders improve the employee experience.\nOur Employee Experience and Insights Program Manager partners with leaders, Employee Resource Groups, zSquad, zFlex, and cross-functional teams to support engagement programs, community impact, volunteerism, and selected in-person experiences. This position contributes to stronger employee trust, connection, and program effectiveness through data-informed planning and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage employee listening efforts, including surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, and other feedback channels.\nAnalyze quantitative and qualitative employee data to identify trends, insights, and recommended actions.\nCreate reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate employee sentiment and program impact.\nPartner with leaders to develop, track, and refine action plans based on employee feedback.\nSupport employee engagement programs and coordinate selected in-person employee experiences.\nPartner with zSquad and zFlex to align programming with employee needs and ways of working.\nSupport Employee Resource Groups through planning, governance, programming, leadership development, and impact measurement.\nCoordinate employee volunteerism, financial giving, and community partnership activities.\nTrack participation, outcomes, and program effectiveness to support continuous improvement.\nQualifications\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience in employee engagement, community engagement, human resources, people analytics, program management, data analytics, or a related field.\nBachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.\nExperience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and translating findings into practical recommendations.\nStrong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.\nStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.\nAbility to build trusted relationships across teams, functions, and levels of the organization.\nExperience using data and measurement to evaluate program effectiveness and support continuous improvement.\nComfort working in a fast-paced, evolving, and collaborative environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting employee surveys, Employee Resource Groups, volunteerism, community partnerships, or workplace experience programs.\nExperience working in a high-growth, transformation-oriented, or geographically distributed organization.\nFamiliarity with survey platforms, dashboards, reporting tools, or data visualization tools.\nLocation and Work Arrangement\nThis hybrid role is based in Denver, CO, at Zayo's headquarters and requires a minimum of 2 days/week in the office, with flexibility based on business and program needs.\nEstimated base salary range: $68,100 - $104,700 USD/annually\nThe base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan.
