This role is responsible for maintaining status reports documenting project schedules and project costs.\nWork Authorization Requirement: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization, such as OPT, TN, H1B or any other type of work visa, now or in the future.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for local contract administration and compliance with bonding, insurance, and generalized procedures. \nProject coordination with all levels of management. \nTrack, report, and communicate on all Outside Plant (OSP) project progress. \nAssist with cost actuals versus budget. Build quality, reporting accuracy, and project tracker accuracy; \nAssist and coordinate cable locate service contractors. \nMaintain a tracking log for all capital, expense, and emergency restoration purchase requisitions. \nManage incoming and outgoing materials inventory. \nAssist in general contractor coordination. \nDevelop and maintain contact list for Zayo business contracts, including permit agencies and ILEC. \nCoordinate all conduit leases and paperwork associated with existing and future leases. \nResponsible for coordinating all permits associated with city, state, and county agencies. \nQualifications\nBachelor's degree (B.A.) or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Telecom experience preferred. \nExtreme attention to detail with a keen eye on accuracy. \nExcellent communicator; willing to write to, speak to, and communicate with all levels of the organization. \nAbility to take data and turn it into reports. \nPrevious experience working with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. \nPrevious experience with Purchase Orders and the Supply Chain process.\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. \nAbility to write reports and correspondence. \nEstimated base pay range for this role is $22.00 - $31.00 USD / hour\nThe base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
