Zayo serves wireless and wireline carriers, media, tech, content, finance, healthcare and other large enterprises.\nThe Program Manager will work with the Sr. Manager, Business Performance to support a Customer Program and to serve as national Project Delivery (PD) liaison, identifying best practices, driving consistency across the Regions and coordinating communication nationally and Area wide. TheProgram Manager will apply core principles of Project Management to plan for and align with the Customer’s regional goals with those of the Company. TheProgram Manager will proactively identify opportunities to streamline process to meet or exceed customer expectations. TheProgram Manager will be responsible for translation and communication of negotiated Service deals to ensure consistent implementation across all Regions. TheProgram Manager will assist in setting up national customer reporting and provide guidance to Customer PD team.\nWork Authorization Requirement: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization, such as OPT, TN, H1B or any other type of work visa, now or in the future.\nResponsibilities\nServe in a strategic Program Management role for our Customer.\nIdentify, communicate and track Customer’s monthly deployment pipeline and budgetary review\nResponsible for translation of the Customer contract as it is rolled out to Customer PD.\nMonitor and facilitate the improvement of Regional Project Management techniques, such as forecasting, deployment reporting, Project Management Tool usage and efficiency.\nProvide on-going resource, workload and financial evaluation and associated recommendations, justifications and forecasts.\nEvaluate internal and external deployment meeting formats to streamline and prioritize information to drive meeting efficiency and value.\nPartner with multiple lines of business to develop best practices and ensure consistent implementation of process changes for Customer.\nServe as a training resource for Customer Program staff and stand up the Customer Program SharePoint site as a one-stop shop for those processes.\nServe as Liaison for any system enhancements, facilitating tracking and prioritization of system enhancement requirements.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Business or commensurate experience preferred\nMinimum of five (5) to seven (7) years’ wireless experience including significant program management, project management and construction management\nExceptional oral and written communication skills and ability to present up to the executive level\nExperience working with financial evaluations for forecasts, justifications and recommendations \nExpert knowledge of Network deployment and implementation\nExpert knowledge of Business Process Management and Project Management Tools\nStrong computer skills\nEstimated base salary range: $68,100 - $104,700 USD/annually.\nThe base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan.
