As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role inarchitecting, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs, including but not limited to integration with SiteTracker and ServiceNow Order Management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality code.\nThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects and possess deep technical expertise in not only Salesforce development but integrating with other systems via common APIs.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with stakeholders to architect, design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.\n\nDevelop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.\n\nCustomize and configure Salesforce platform to extend its functionality and meet specific business needs including but not limited to enabling SiteTracker and Service Order Management integration.\n\nDesign and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.\n\nDeliver code to a high standard and be able to identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing functionality.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, ensuring new code is high quality and conforms to coding standards.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and custom development.\n\nOwn new features through the project lifecycle, working collaboratively with a team of software developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.\n\nStay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices for impact assessment and necessary system changes.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience.)\n\nMinimum of 7 years' experience and expertise in Salesforce development with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.\n\nProven experience in architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level clients.\n\nDeep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.\n\nExperience with Salesforce integration technologies and patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.\n\nProficient at using Git for version control, review and CI/CD deployment.\n\nExcellent communication, collaboration skills, and experience using a variety of remote collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, etc.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced Agile development environment.\n\n Preferred Qualifications:\nSalesforce.com certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II\n\nExperience with additional programming languages such as Python, Javascript, React, etc.\n\nExperience working with various databases such as Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, and Oracle.\n\nExperience in building and/or integrating with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.\n\nExperience creating and executing automated software testing.\n\nExperience with various Inventory systems (Netbox, Nautobot, MetaSolv.)\n\nFamiliarity with TM Forum APIs.\n\n#LI-RemoteEstimated base salary range: $112,800 - $173,600 USD/annually.\nThe base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role.
