The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality technical projects, and accelerating our digital transformation journey.\nJob Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end technical project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.\nServe as the core coordinator between cross-functional teams (including IT, business, product, operations, and external partners), facilitating effective communication, resolving conflicts, and aligning all stakeholders on project goals and priorities.\nDrive digital transformation initiatives, collaborate with business and IT teams to identify digital opportunities, define project roadmaps, and promote the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and business agility.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, track project progress, identify potential risks and issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.\nCommunicate project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior management and all relevant stakeholders in both English and Mandarin.\nFoster a collaborative team environment, guide team members to fulfill their responsibilities, and ensure effective knowledge sharing across cross-departmental teams.\nAdapt to changing business needs and project requirements, demonstrate strong ability to navigate uncertainty, and make timely, data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. \nProven work experience in a Top Tier IT Consulting firm;
