into functional, deployable software systems. \nDefine system architecture, workflows, and implementation strategies. \nOwn products throughout the lifecycle, from ideation to production and scale. \nBuild, deploy, and maintain production-grade systems rather than standalone prototypes. \n Rapid Prototyping and Iteration\nConvert ambiguous ideas into working prototypes within hours or days. \nLeverage coding, AI tools, automation, and low-code platforms to accelerate development. \nValidate solutions through experiments, user feedback, and measurable outcomes. \nIterate rapidly to transform prototypes into reliable, production-ready products. \n AI-Native System Development\nDesign and orchestrate LLM agents, retrieval pipelines, and AI-driven workflows. \nBuild memory layers, API integrations, automation systems, and appropriate guardrails. \nDevelop resilient AI applications that account for hallucinations and model variability. \nImplement mechanisms to identify and mitigate quality degradation over time. \n Scalability, Cost, and Performance Optimization\nEvaluate token consumption, inference costs, latency, and infrastructure requirements. \nDesign systems that balance performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. \nIdentify architectural trade-offs and optimize systems for production workloads. \nBuild resilient solutions capable of operating efficiently at scale. \n Operational Excellence\nImplement monitoring, telemetry, and observability across deployed systems. \nEstablish evaluation frameworks and feedback loops for continuous quality improvement. \nAutomate repetitive workflows to improve engineering productivity and delivery speed. \nMaintain clear, structured, and repeatable technical documentation. \n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nDemonstrated experience building and shipping production-grade software systems. \nStrong systems thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities. \nHigh ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and make decisions. \nComfort working with ambiguity, rapid experimentation, and iterative development. \nExperience with APIs, automation tools, or AI development platforms. \nAbility to evaluate infrastructure trade-offs, system reliability, and performance requirements. \nProficiency in at least one modern programming language or application development ecosystem. \n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience building LLM-powered applications or AI-driven products. \nFamiliarity with AI evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and instrumentation. \nExperience working with data pipelines, analytics, or telemetry systems. \nStrong user experience (UX) awareness and front-end development sensibility. \nA portfolio, GitHub profile, or demonstrable
