software systems.\n\n- Define system architecture, workflows, and implementation strategies.\n\n- Own products throughout the lifecycle, from ideation to production and scale.\n\n- Build, deploy, and maintain production-grade systems rather than standalone prototypes.\n\n- Convert ambiguous ideas into working prototypes within hours or days.\n\n- Leverage coding, AI tools, automation, and low-code platforms to accelerate development.\n\n- Validate solutions through experiments, user feedback, and measurable outcomes.\n\n- Design and orchestrate LLM agents, retrieval pipelines, and AI-driven workflows.\n\n- Build memory layers, API integrations, automation systems, and appropriate guardrails.\n\n- Evaluate token consumption, inference costs, latency, and infrastructure requirements.\n\n- Implement monitoring, telemetry, and observability across deployed systems.\n\nTech Stack:\n\n- Front-End: React, Vue.js, Angular\n\n- Back-End: Node.js, Python, Java\n\n- AI & Automation: LLMs, AI agents, retrieval pipelines, workflow automation, and API integrations\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n- Demonstrated experience building and shipping production-grade software systems.\n\n- Strong systems thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.\n\n- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and make decisions.\n\n- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language or application development ecosystem.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Experience building LLM-powered applications or AI-driven products.\n\n- Familiarity with AI evaluation
