strong Power BI (or equivalent) reporting; Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.\nExceptional written and verbal communication; proven track record presenting to and influencing senior executives.\nStrong command of Agile, Scrum, and waterfall methodologies, with the judgment to know when to apply each.\nTrack record of succeeding in contract, consulting, or interim engagements with minimal ramp-up time.\nComfort with ambiguity; ability to bring unfocused, contested issues to a decision.\nStrong financial management, forecasting, governance, and resource-management experience.\nStrong technical aptitude with the ability to challenge assumptions and communicate credibly with engineers and architects.\nMust be based in or able to commute to New York, NY;
