The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills and a good understanding of modern frontend technologies.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP (Core PHP, Laravel) and/or Python (Django, FastAPI).\nDevelop scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.\nBuild modern, reusable, responsive, and interactive user interfaces using React.js. • Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap 5. • Design, manage, and optimize databases using MySQL and/or PostgreSQL. • Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC). • Integrate third-party APIs and internal services using REST/JSON. • Develop automation scripts, background tasks, scheduled jobs, and workflow automation.\nDebug, test, optimize, and maintain application performance and reliability. • Deploy and maintain applications on Linux servers and cloud platforms such as AWS and DigitalOcean.\nWork with Git, participate in code reviews, and follow Agile development practices. • Collaborate with developers and other team members to design and implement technical solutions.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nBackend Development\nStrong hands-on experience with PHP and/or Python.\nPHP experience with Core PHP and Laravel.\nPython experience with Django, Django REST Framework, and/or FastAPI. • Strong understanding of REST API development and JSON.\nExperience with authentication, authorization, and API integration. • Strong knowledge of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization.\n\nFrontend Development\nProficiency in React.js.\nGood knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap 5.\nAbility to develop responsive and reusable UI components.\nFamiliarity with React components, hooks, and state management. Server & Development Tools\nFamiliarity with Linux environments, cron jobs, and background workers. • Experience using Git and version control.\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
