This role is responsible for an assigned portfolio of large and strategic business customers and reports directly to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.Responsibilities:\nMonitors and actively manages portfolio of customer accounts\nIdentifies and resolves overdue invoices and discrepancies\nEnsures that customer payments are processed correctly\nCommunicates via e-mail and telephone with external and internal customers (Sales, Finance, Order Management,\nContract Services, Repairs, etc.) and stakeholders\nInvestigates and resolves ad hoc customer queries\nCooperates with Credit team to mitigate risk\nProvides input to reporting such as Cash Forecast and Bad Debt Reserve\nRegularly reports on delinquent customer accounts to supervisor\nReviews and releases orders on hold according to the Global Credit Policy\nMaintains regular notes on delinquency for audit purposes\nDetermines if customers are eligible to receive a refund Plays an active role in a goal-oriented and supportive team environment\nMakes recommendations to improve collections processes\nActively participates in transitions, integrations, and other assigned projects within Accounts Receivable\nOperates as the first level escalation point for junior team members\nProvides training and guidance to new hires\nServes as a backup for supervisor\nRequirements:\nAdvanced level of written and spoken English (B2)\nAdvanced knowledge of computers and MS office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail\nAbility to work individually and in a team environment\nStrong time management skill\nAbility to deliver to deadlines and work under pressure\nAdaptable and able to work within a change-oriented environment\nHigh school diploma\n2 years of work experience is required.
