This role focuses on developing expertise in product lifecycle management, competitive market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to innovation and business growth. You will be expected to heavily leverage Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics) as a primary toolkit to accelerate market research, automate backlog grooming, enhance user sentiment analysis, and streamline product documentation.Location- Remote within the US.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop a deep understanding of Zebra's products, competitive landscape, distribution channels, and customer needs.\nAdvocate for the voice of the customer, integrating their feedback into product development processes.\nAct as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.\nUtilize AI tools to aggregate and analyze customer feedback, support tickets, and market trends to rapidly identify user pain points and feature opportunities.\nLeverage Generative AI to draft Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes, ensuring high quality and faster time-to-market.\nUse AI/ML analytical models to simulate roadmap scenarios, forecast feature impact, and prioritize the product backlog based on objective ROI and user value metrics.\nDeploy AI agents to continuously monitor the competitive landscape in the Task Management space, summarizing key competitor updates and market shifts. \nDefine and execute demand generation initiatives in an effort to drive realization of product revenue plans in collaboration with regional product and marketing.\nOwns product lifecycle management for assigned product lines including tactical execution, managing customer requirements, developing and driving end of life plans and execution of inventory objectives. \nDefine and manage product offerings following the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. \nDrive innovation by identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to create competitive differentiation. \nMentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and industry knowledge. \nProvides recommendations to influence distribution strategy to meet market needs. \nSupports product launch by providing a comprehensive understanding of the value proposition. \nDeliver product training to sales, sales engineers, technical support and other internal and external stakeholders. \nWorks closely with development teams and other key stakeholders to oversee new product development to validate development is on spec. Identifies beta site targets and drafts and implements plans. \nQualifications:\nRequired Qualifications\nA bachelor’s degree is required. \n8+ years of experience \nKnowledge and understanding of SW applications relevant to the use of the products for the markets and use cases enabled by the products\nExperience with AI-driven tools, such as machine learning-based diagnostic systems, virtual assistants, or predictive maintenance solutions to improve customer support operations \nProficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence\nExperience with software development best practices including Scaled Agile, TDD and Continuous Integration; a track record of applying these methodologies\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree preferred.\nUse AI/ML analytical models to simulate roadmap scenarios, forecast feature impact, and prioritize the product backlog based on objective ROI and user value metrics.\nFull Product Management lifecycle experience\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data driven decisions\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum and SAFe frameworks\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences\nStrong business acumen and customer orientation with a proven ability to balance customer needs with business goals\nAdvanced knowledge of market dynamics and competitive landscapes in relevant categories\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams across global locations and time zones, fostering collaboration and driving successful outcomes.\nExceptional strategic leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.\nLocation: Remote within the US.\n\nCome join our team!\nEqual Opportunity Employer:\nZebra is an equal opportunity employer.
