They work with stakeholders to understand business challenges, design queries and reports to understand root cause, and advise and consult with leadership to implement solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\nWorking directly with business stakeholders, designs a limited variety of moderately complex reports using data from one or multiple systems to specifications. Delivers report in format to aid business stakeholder interpretation (pivot tables, graphs, etc.)\nUses data methodologies and business acumen to generate recommendations to moderately complex problems to review with supervisor / senior analyst\nIdentifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences\nDesigns and develops analytical solutions across multiple systems\nDemonstrates intermediate knowledge of KPIs, team roles, and business processes in assigned area\nDemonstrates understanding of systems architecture and data flow in assigned functional organization\nWorks with data transformation tools to design new datasets for BI models of moderate complexity\nCreates and optimizes queries and data transformations using cloud data warehouse solutions/ data transformation tools\nDevelops dashboards and models using data visualization platforms\nCommunicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders\nTroubleshoots effectively and identifies and implements process improvements\nMaintains data quality and governance is assigned systems\nWorks independently with limited supervision\nKey Skills and Competencies:\nCan synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations\nSome systems knowledge in assigned functional area\nBeginner Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills\nCan present data in a visually compelling format to help business stakeholders understand the issues, possibilities and recommendations\nBeginner presentation skills required. Some formal training in public speaking / presentation skills preferred\nStrong analytical mindset / capability\nExperience translating business needs into actionable insights\nStakeholder management skills\nAbility to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences\nStrong critical thinking and problem solving skills\nExperience developing new dashboards and data models in data visualization platforms\nExperience creating and modifying data transformations\nCan write / optimize SQL queries\nMinimum Education or Equivalent:\nBachelors Degree.
