This role maintains key financial relationships with functional level management ,including directly supporting director level requirements. This role also provides analysis and recommendations on a variety of ad hoc projects.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\nMakes recommendations and works on P&L reporting and variance analysis\nSupport ad-hoc projects, including developing financial reporting for ad-hoc projects\nLiaise with department managers and effectively communicate financial analysis\nDesign and production of key management reports with appropriate narrative and explanations\nBusiness partnering support to specific business functions\nDetailed involvement in the preparation and submission of annual budgets and quarterly rolling forecast for operations under partnering responsibilities\nKey Skills and Competencies:\nHigh Degree of Accuracy\nConfident at working towards deadlines\nStrong analytical skills\nAdvanced Excel and Power BI skills\nSome experience with a computer based accounting systems e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, ERP Minimum Education or Equivalent:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field\nMinimum Work Experience:\n2+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance is required.
