In this position, the intern collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize digital touchpoints, analyze user engagement trends, and support customer-centric digital strategy initiatives. Overview:

Zebra Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Knowledge Management and Digitization team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our customer support web portals and digital experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience, data analysis, and content strategy, and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Knowledge Management & Digital Experience Intern, you will be integral to our team's success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Web Portal Evaluation & Testing

- Conduct thorough testing of web portal functionalities to identify bugs and areas for improvement.

- Assist in evaluating the user-friendliness and overall effectiveness of our digital support platforms.

Customer Experience Data Analysis

- Support the analysis of customer feedback and usage data to identify trends and insights.

- Help translate data into actionable recommendations for portal enhancements.

Content Strategy Support

- Collaborate with the team to support and contribute to content strategies that improve user engagement and knowledge accessibility.

- Assist in reviewing and organizing portal content to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant.

Project & Team Collaboration

- Work closely with the Digital Experience team and project managers on various portal enhancement projects.

- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, workshops, and project planning.

What we expect from you:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate who has:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Knowledge Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or an IT-related field.

• A strong interest in web technologies, user experience (UX), and data analysis.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• A proactive mindset and an eagerness to take on new challenges and learn.
