This role requires hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca or Playwright, applied thoughtfully to Salesforce-centric and web-based applications. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable Salesforce solutions by leveraging automation, API testing, AI-assisted development techniques, and CI/CD pipelines in an Agile environmentSalesforce-Focused Quality Assurance Strategy\nLead QA efforts for Salesforce (SFDC) platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated enterprise systems.\nDefine and execute end-to-end test strategies covering Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, validations, and integrations.\nApply risk-based, business-process-driven testing aligned to CRM, sales operations, marketing, and customer service use cases.\nTest Automation (Tosca or Playwright)\nDesign, build, and maintain automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca or Playwright for Salesforce and web applications.\nUse Tosca (model-based automation, Vision AI, API testing) to support enterprise-scale regression and integration testing where applicable.\nUse Playwright to implement robust, code-based UI automation, focusing on speed, reliability, and maintainability.\nLeverage AI-assisted / “vibe coding” approaches using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor to accelerate development and iteration of Playwright automation scripts, while ensuring code quality, readability, and long-term maintainability.\nApply the right automation approach for the use case, balancing low-code and code-based strategies.\nAPI, Integration & End-to-End Testing\nValidate Salesforce integrations using API testing (REST/SOAP), middleware, and downstream enterprise systems.\nEnsure end-to-end test coverage across Salesforce, web applications, and integrated platforms.\nCI/CD, Release Quality & Agile Collaboration\nIntegrate Tosca or Playwright automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Flosum, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).\nEnable unattended and parallel execution with clear, actionable reporting and dashboards.\nEstablish and enforce quality gates for Salesforce and web application releases.\nParticipate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with a quality-first mindset.\nTest Data, Defect Management & Stakeholder Communication\nDrive Salesforce-specific test data strategies, including reusable and dynamic test data.\nLead defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality risk assessments.\nCommunicate quality insights and release readiness clearly to business and technical stakeholders.\nEnablement & Best Practices\nCoach teams on Salesforce QA best practices, automation standards, and scalable test design.\nPromote consistency, reusability, and maintainability across test assets and frameworks.\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).\n4+ years of hands-on QA experience, with strong focus on Salesforce (SFDC) platforms.\nProven experience testing Salesforce business processes (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM workflows).\nHands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca or Playwright for test automation.\nStrong understanding of automation framework design, test stability, and maintainability.\nExperience with API and integration testing.\nSolid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum practices.\nExperience with JIRA and test management tools such as ALM Quality Center or qTest.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nPreferred\nSalesforce certifications or formal Salesforce training (Admin, Platform App Builder, or equivalent).\nExperience testing Salesforce integrations with ERP, e-commerce, or middleware platforms.\nTosca certifications (AS2, AE2, TDS1/TDS2).\nExperience optimizing Playwright test suites for performance and parallel execution.\nKnowledge of AI-assisted / “vibe coding” techniques using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor for developing and accelerating Playwright automation scripts.\nKnowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service domains.\n\nBenefits:\nWe understand the importance of work-life balance and wellbeing, which is why we offer flexibility for our teams including: hybrid work, adaptable hours, Summer Flex Fridays, Focus Fridays, and an annual companywide well-being day to promote revitalization and success.\nJob Posting Statement:\nTo protect candidates from falling victim to online fraudulent activity involving fake job postings and employment offers, please be aware our recruiters will always connect with you via @zebra.com email accounts.
