This role requires individuals to follow safety protocols, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain efficiency in operations.Monday-Friday 6am-2pm\n$17.50 per hour\n*$1500 Retention Bonus after 6 months of employment with Zebra\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPerform packing, assembly, and operate machinery as per instructions\nFollow work orders, labeling requirements, and productivity standards\nConduct quality tests according to ISO procedures\nAdhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)\nCommunicate basic job-related information and collaborate within the team / department\nBuild productive relationships and contribute to team success\nLearn and follow company policies, procedures, and processes under direct supervision\nTrain team members when directed by supervisors\nUphold and follow company values and standards\nKey Skills and Competencies:\nBasic computer skills\nMust be at least 18 years old\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to maintain productive working relationships in a team-oriented environment\nOpen to receiving guidance, feedback, and constructive instructions from supervisors to ensure adherence to processes and standards\nCapable of safely operating and handling light to medium machinery with a focus on precision and adherence to safety protocols\nMinimum Education or Equivalent:\nEducation requirement: High school or equivalent\nBasic math and reading / writing skills are needed\nMinimum Work Experience:\nNo prior experience required.
