This role will have a strong focus on test automation using Tricentis Tosca and will collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and other QA team members to validate business requirements and ensure high-quality software delivery.The ideal candidate is passionate about quality engineering, automation, and continuous improvement, with experience testing complex enterprise applications. Experience with Oracle EBS, Siebel, SAP, or Salesforce (SFDC) environments is highly desirable.\nJob Description\nDevelop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.\nCreate and execute manual test cases where automation is not practical or feasible.\nAnalyze business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.\nParticipate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and project review sessions to ensure quality requirements are properly addressed.\nPerform functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.\nDesign reusable automation components and optimize automation frameworks for scalability and maintainability.\nExecute automation suites as part of release validation and production readiness activities.\nIdentify, document, track, and validate software defects through resolution.\nSupport CI/CD and continuous testing initiatives by integrating automated testing into deployment pipelines.\nDevelop and maintain test data required for test execution.\nCollaborate with business users, developers, architects, and analysts to understand application behavior and business processes.\nGenerate testing metrics, test execution reports, and quality dashboards.\nSupport troubleshooting and root cause analysis of application issues.\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve automation coverage, testing efficiency, and quality processes.\nParticipate in peer reviews of test cases, automation scripts, and testing artifacts.\nValidate integrations between enterprise applications and supporting systems.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.\n 3+ years of hands-on test automation experience using Tricentis Tosca.\nStrong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and quality assurance best practices.\nExperience creating automated test cases from business and functional requirements.\nExperience with regression, integration, end-to-end, smoke, and system testing.\nExperience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar platforms.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in Agile and hybrid development environments.\nExperience validating data across front-end and back-end systems.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.\nTest Automation Skills (Required)\nTricentis Tosca Expertise\nAdvanced hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca automation framework.\nExpertise in:Model-Based Test Automation Module creation and maintenance Test Case Design Test Data Service (TDS) Test Case Templates Execution Lists Requirements Traceability Risk-Based Testing API and Web Service Testing Distributed Execution\nExperience developing and maintaining large-scale automated regression suites.\nAbility to troubleshoot and optimize unstable automation scripts.\nExperience integrating Tosca automation within CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with automation reporting and quality metrics.\nExperience validating web, desktop, API, and enterprise applications using Tosca.\nAbility to identify and automate high-value business processes and critical user journeys.\nAdditional Automation Experience\nExperience with one or more of the following automation tools:OpenText UFT / UFT One Selenium Playwright Postman SOAP UI\nFamiliarity with source control and DevOps tools:Git GitHub Azure DevOps Jenkins\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience testing enterprise applications such as: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Siebel CRM SAP Salesforce
