Experience is necessary in either Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google GCP. You should be automation and security focused. A self-starter who can work autonomously but also fit in well with our current team dynamic. You will work on projects within IT as well as with the Business led product engineering teams as necessary. In addition, there may be times when you will be on call and respond to customer escalations to L3.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nEnhance the automation and scripting efforts of the cloud team to identify and automate as much routine deployment, configuration, and other operational work as necessary.\nMonitor and facilitate a secure cloud environment that follows the best practices around least privileged and zero trust. Ensure all cloud environments have the proper security and access controls in place to guarantee a trusted and secure environment. Address vulnerability concerns whenever possible.\nMonitor cloud costs across all environments and deploy best practices around FinOps to strive towards cost optimization and accurate cost visibility.\nProduces professional-level technical skill and judgment to provide non-routine technical support for computer/data center operation for cloud based environment.\nContributes to install, configure and troubleshoot server and non-desktop computer hardware, software, systems and other resources in a data center or other centralized computer network setting.\nConsults with team to uphold access control, data integrity and file system security for the computer/data center environment.\nContributes to monitor, track and record system performance and utilization metrics.\nCreates to develop information technology and infrastructure projects which support on/off premise and Infrastructure-as-a-Service solutions.\nInternal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.\nCollaborates with team regarding company-wide, web-enabled and cloud-technology solutions.\nNote, the statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, abilities, and skills required.\nJob Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelors Degree.
